By booking appointments or by reaching out to me, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please review the following terms carefully before using my services.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Visitor Limit: A Warp in Time Studio allows a maximum of 2 visitors (in the studio) at a time, regardless of circumstances. This ensures a comfortable, relaxing environment for all clients.
- Booking Deposits: To secure your appointment, a $20 deposit is taken. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to comply within this timeframe or failure to contact will result in the forfeiture of 70% of your total service fee(s) as compensation for lost time. A Warp in Time Studio will make an attempt to contact before the appointment as well.
- Payment: A Warp in Time Studio accept debit, credit (excluding Discover and American Express), Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Cash as payment methods.
- Refund and Service Fixes: No refunds- once you leave the studio, refunds and free fixes are no longer valid unless it is a mistake on my part. If you are unhappy with the results of your nails or notice any flaws, you must bring it to my attention before leaving the studio so I can fix it on the spot. If it is a mistake on my part, you have up to 3 days from the appointment day to notify and schedule for it to be fixed.
- Liability and Responsibility: Clients are responsible for keeping children under their supervision at all times. Parents are fully responsible for their child(ren) while in the studio. A Warp in Time Studio is not liable for any injuries, damages, or issues that arise during or after the service. If a reaction occurs during a service, I will immediately stop the service. I reserve the right to refuse services at any time if a reaction occurs of if I believe it is in the best interest of your health or safety.
A Warp in Time Studio reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. By booking an appointment or contacting me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
